Walking into the ground floor of Villa Melampes, you are instantly welcomed by the neverending views of the Libyan Sea that stretches before you. This area hosts an open-plan living and kitchen area, as well as three bedrooms. 

The living area boasts three plush sofas, offering a cozy spot to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen ensures that self-catering is a breeze. The dining table takes center stage, perfectly positioned to offer an enchanting backdrop of the endless blue horizon.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), which can be converted into two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00), upon request. This bedroom also features a floor-to-ceiling closet, a self-controlled A/C, and breathtaking panoramic views, with direct access to the pool area. 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features 2 twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00). This bedroom also features a floor-to-ceiling closet, a self-controlled A/C, and breathtaking panoramic views, with direct access to the pool area. 

The ground floor also features a full bathroom with a standup shower. 

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. This bedroom also features a floor-to-ceiling closet, a self-controlled A/C, and breathtaking panoramic views, with direct access to the pool area. 

First Floor 

The first floor hosts the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a custom size (2,00 x 2,00), which can be converted into two twin-size beds upon request. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom, with a standup shower and a bathtub, a floor-to-ceiling closet, and a self-controlled A/C. Step out onto your own private balcony, dressed with a lush seating area, to admire the mesmerizing views that stretch before you. 

Lower Floor

The lower floor features a second open-plan living and kitchen area, a spa room, and the last bedroom. 

The main living area features a Smart TV and game console, creating the ultimate playroom for fun and relaxation. Whether it's an exciting gaming session or a cozy movie night, this space is perfect for making memories.

The spa room is a serene sanctuary designed for ultimate relaxation, offering a luxurious sauna, hammam, and a tranquil massage table to melt your stress away. For your comfort, the space is thoughtfully equipped with a shower cubicle, sink, and toilet, allowing you to refresh and rejuvenate fully when finished, 

Bedroom 5: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), which can be converted into two twin-size beds upon request. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower, a floor-to-ceiling closet, and a self-controlled A/C. 

The lower floor also features a half bathroom and a washer for added convenience.
